I have several decades of experience designing and delivering training on communication and collaboration in organisations and higher education, as well as numerous years coaching managers and teams in the public and private sectors across Europe and internationally. I have held roles in pedagogical management and coordination involving recruiting and training trainers, overseeing trainee populations and designing bespoke training solutions.

As a coach, trainer and learning designer, I am passionate about contributing to the creation of environments where team and group members can learn about each other and gain self-knowledge and I enjoy the fact that every situation requires a rethinking and constant process of adaptation. I particularly enjoy the dynamic of co-creating leadership training solutions in partnership with the client.

With two Masters degrees, as well as range of qualifications in coaching and adult education, I love learning and am constantly striving to deepen my skills and understanding as well as making new connections.

At Greenhouse, I enjoy working closely with Carolyn and Dale and our clients to design and implement leadership development solutions that are engaging and impactful.

With 35 years of experience in learning and development as a trainer and coach, my passion for helping people reach their full potential and be their best selves at work has only grown stronger. As part of the pedegogical team at GHG,  I particularly enjoy designing bespoke learning and development pathways that empower individuals to succeed and drive meaningful change within their organisations.

By working closely with  our clients, I prioritise co-creating and innovating solutions that align with their goals, ensuring a lasting impact on both their teams and the wider business. My approach is deeply collaborative, always focused on fostering growth, engagement, and excellence across all levels of the organisation. I’m also a proud mother of two twenty-somethings, an avid francophile and compulsive gardener.

I work with Colette and Hélène in the invoicing team. Together we are committed to ensuring all administration processes are running smoothly. We’re always available to support our dedicated team members so that they are free to get on with what they do best.

Originally from Broadstairs, a small seaside town in England, I have spent 24 happy years living with my husband and three kids in Brabant-Wallon (Belgium).

After more than 15 years in the engineering/consultancy industry, I joined GHG as Project Coordinator for coaching and training programmes. I am also the Quality Manager of GHG in charge of ISO certification and all GDPR-related matters. My love for Excel naturally led me to also support the team with the financial reporting of all our projects. Originally from Lyon, I am the father of three teenagers and have lived in Brussels for almost 20 years.

I have been working with GHG since 2020 as Project Coordinator and Administrative Assistant for coaching and training projects. I also work with Valerie & Colette on the invoicing front. We strive to support and be available for the different partners we work with in all different aspects of administrative processes.

Having grown up abroad, I’m currently living in the South of France and am fully enjoying the sunny weather and the sea with my four children.
