I am passionate about helping people to grow, achieve their goals and release their own passions.

 

My previous experience includes 20 years working in international environments in HR and Management areas, both in the public (EU and UN) and private sectors. I have also set up different foreign companies offices in Belgium and contributed to their successful internationalization.

 

I studied International Relations, obtained an MBA in International Management and followed specific training courses in management, coaching and personal development areas.

 

I am a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and qualified in NLP and systemic coaching and constellations.

 

I speak Portuguese (mother tongue), English, French and Spanish fluently.
